Case Study Fitchin

 

Context:

Fitchin is an ambitious project that links the Web 3 world with gaming, backed by professionals with extensive experience in the sector. Fitchin aims to set itself up as the tool that links the two worlds, with the user as the main element. The action plan they had was well structured and had a solid foundation strategically designed to focus on the Latin American community but with the intention of inserting itself in the Spanish sector.

Proposal:

In order to successfully carry out Play The Game, a strategy was proposed which consisted of two parts:

Previous analysis of Fitchin's situation, its strengths and weaknesses and its potential capacity to successfully enter the Spanish gaming sector. For this purpose, a consultancy was carried out in which the most relevant consumer data was extracted and then analysed to corroborate the viability of the project.

Subsequently, an action plan aligned with their interests and with their road map for the gradual implementation of the project was proposed.

Prospecting of KOL profiles that fit with what you want to convey, contact and introduction to the project.

Drafting of PR and reaching the most optimal media for the publication of the articles.

Reporting and Clipping.

Results:

We established conversations with more than 40 content creators among them Werlyb, Horcus, Elojoninja, Mixwell, etc.

Tournaments were held with several of them. Currently one of the most prominent who is still active in the project is Manute.

We managed to establish Giants as one of the main partners of the project.

We launched around 10 press releases published in the most relevant Esports media.
